Albert Uhlmann / Vice-President
Mr. Albert Uhlmann was born in 1954 in the City of Osnabrück in the State of Lower Saxony in northern Germany.
From an early age on his interest was focused on technical things and how they function. So it was not a surprise to anybody when he later chose a career in the field of industrial electronics.
Over the years he specialized in building automation (climate control, heat recovery, energy consumption counting for individual billing, safety and security controls with automatic forwarding of messages to responsible individuals, etc.) specifically for hospitals and administration buildings.
In 1989 he immigrated to the United States where his professional career changed considerably. His technical horizons became broader while initially working in plant maintenance and production support of a Specialty Chemical Company (Zep Mfg.). That experience was followed by a promotion into an engineering position where he developed solutions and procedures mainly for cleaning and sanitation needs of the food industry.
His taste for the new challenges led to his debut in real estate activities, with the renovation and resale of Real Estate. During those years, he became an expert in building codes, from general to heat/ air, electric and plumbing.
As the end of the Real Estate boom in the United States was predictable for him, his focus shifted to Central America and in particular to Panama.
The booming economy and future perspectives of Panama with its opportunities led to his decision to pursue here a new career in the local real estate sector.
